President Ma proposed to further deepen the conceptual awareness, strengthen the system construction, systematically promote the “Oar Endeavour Plan”, urgently promote the “Practice Earnestly Plan”, strengthen the construction of teaching resources for industry-teaching integration, make the platform construction of industry-teaching joint cultivation action, continue to innovate the cultivation mode, and deepen the undergraduate and master's degree through cultivation.

In addition,we should accelerate the construction of the College of Engineers,and actively summarize and promote the experience of international cultivation of engineers.
